Beverly Hills Mint handles both Purchase and Refinance  Hotel / Motel transactions.

Hotel / Motel Transactions are cash flow based transactions. Lenders prefer to see flag hotels with high historical occupancies and a consistent Average Daily Rate (ADR)

For Rate and term transactions we can go up to 80% LTV. Cash-out's depending on the amount and reason are subject typically to a 1.30:1 DCR.
